Coke Farm

At Coke Farm, we offer a home for everyone. As an employee-owned company, the Coke family is the strength and core of what we do. We value the contributions of all of our team members and empower them to have pride in their role as we strive to make responsible decisions that yield exceptional results. We provide a healthy, safe and rewarding workplace that allows our employees to grow personally and professionally. We are proud to invest in the importance of education, offering opportunities for our employees and their children to further their education at no cost with our College Dream Program.

We believe our employees should share in the success of our company, which is why we created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”). Our ESOP is the cornerstone to our service culture. Participating in the ESOP program means employees are part owners of the company and benefit financially from a job well done. The commonality that joins us together is our passion for the business and our dedication to the growth and success of the company that we all own together.

College Dream

Coke Farm believes that everyone deserves an education and, most importantly, our children should not be saddled with crippling debt on the day they graduate from college. That’s why Coke Farm offers our College Dream Program. We will pre-pay for 100% of your college tuition through our partner university American Public University for any degree program from Associates to Masters. And we take it a step further by offering this amazing benefit to the dependent children of our employees!

"I now farm on 9 acres, but started working with Coke Farm when I just started farming on less than an acre 4 years ago. They agreed to work with me and helped me every step of the way. Communication is great, they help me with my crop plan and when I deliver my product to the cooler I can also pick up all the packaging material I need for my product. This saves me a lot of time. Their payments are steady and reliable. They give me up to date financial information so I can plan better."
